This Infra Red Thermometer is ideal for finding injured areas on animals. In most cases an injury results in more blood being pumped to the area resulting in a higher than normal skin temperature around the injury. This non contact thermometer is a quick and easy way to find those injuries in animals, who obviously cannot tell you where it hurts. Just point the thermometer at the area and use the red laser dot to target the area to be measured at up to 1m away. Once the hot area has been found this area can be treated with a laser therapy device, such as the SpectraVet product.
